MONOLOGUE ... DRIVING AND HEALING FORCE FOR ME....




Today morning I reached my dental clinic with many to do tasks in my mind .

            Tasks which I hate to do .
ex..buying new SIM card , finding few documents of clinic for tax return purpose ..

but at same time I had few tasks in my mind which I love to do ,
ex, Preparing for upcoming toastmaster meeting , writing new blog..

and my mind was a BATTLE  ground about what to prioritise .
and then maid of our clinic came and I asked her to clean glass of centre table  because it was dirty  and I like cleanliness much .
and she said COLIN IS FINISHED..Immediately I had anger in my mind .
 when ?  why my junior doctor didn't inform me .?

How many things I need to look after ,already MY  brain has been filled with many tasks, 

I was feeling choked and frustrated , and I was like why things are not  happening in auto mode  and why I have to do things which I don't like .

Then immediately  I philosophise these incidents with MONOLOGUE  

one day just like this COLIN  bottle ,our life fluid will be over , and we will be like, No way ...
what ??  I am not going to see tomorrow ? but I have many things in my bucket list and I was not warned before ..This is not fair...
and nobody will be there to listen to you or to answer you back ...

Yes man..that's how it's going to happen for sure ....

Better you start living now, without expecting  that when life will be in auto mode then I will be happy to work.

Our world is a dynamic and diverse process ..it is fluid in nature ,  which is difficult to control ..hardly it will behave according to our individual imagination ..don't loose your mind for it ..

Life is a NONSTOP Drama , it goes on and on and on....

Passionately and Fearlessly express yourself MOMENT to MOMENT ..

Tragedy happens , Accidents happen , success happens , unwanted outcome(failure) happens

We continuously try to find formula /laws /rules to conquer life ..few succeed and many don't...
but who cares ?

 I guess things which  we CHERISH for long are mostly  unplanned ..
ex..friendship, love affair , surprise gifts , help from people whom you never know...

People who like surprises ( I love them) should reduce their  expectations and start living life in it's unpredictability ..

We need to bring back innocence and ignorance of the child ,who was not sure about anything and was introduced to many new  things one by one and who has his own vision about everything and that too ,gets changed ,every time he meets another person with a different world view ...

Ordinary life is  Nirvana ..

Unconsciously we believe that we control our life ,but if we see carefully ,we have minimal control over our ever changing  body,mind and emotions AND almost No control over other people's behaviour , Nature ,Government , Politics ..then why we worry as if we are running the show ..

CHILL... if you succeed ..great ..celebrate ..if you fail ...remember ..nothing is permanent ...

Money do produce emotions ,but MORE importantly our  emotions are closer to us then outside events or money ...so better take care of them first...

Start enjoying Creativity which is coming out of you , that's The junction between You and Divine....

Always remember ,sooner or later everything is gonna end ,so better you enjoy till COLIN bottle is full and till you have time & energy to Refill it ...

HOW TO BECOME SUPERHUMAN IN YOUR CAREER







"ASPIRE TO BE MORE THAN WHAT YOU ARE IS NATURAL TO HUMAN MIND  AND THIS INSTINCT HAS LEAD TO PROGRESS OF HUMAN WORLD .... BE IT PHYSICAL , MENTAL OR TECHNOLOGICAL"

But then question arises that why we have very few superhumans ,when everyone wants to be one .

There must be some separating line or qualities which Distinguishes An Average human and Superhuman.

Well, being sports lover I follow many such Superhumans who are at  Top in their Game and who are best in the world.

VIRAT KOHLI, MS DHONI (CRICKET )
ROGER FEDERER( TENNIS)
USAIN BOLT( ATHLETICS)

Many people , Like ME  want to know what they have special that make them unique from other Sports persons.

 I found few qualities ,which according to them is most important  Which they mention in their interviews.

  I am sharing one of my favorite

"You need a set pattern of your training, the way you eat, how healthy and fit you need to be. Being fitter made me mentally stronger. It was like a direct connection," Kohli recalled.

"My training was horrible, I ate so bad, I was up until late, I was having a drink or two regularly. It was a horrible mindset. The season ended and I was so thankful it was over. I went home, came out of the shower one day and looked at myself in the mirror and said ‘you can’t look like this if you want to be a professional cricketer.’
