HOW TO BECOME SUPERHUMAN IN YOUR CAREER

"ASPIRE TO BE MORE THAN WHAT YOU ARE IS NATURAL TO HUMAN MIND  AND THIS INSTINCT HAS LEAD TO PROGRESS OF HUMAN WORLD .... BE IT PHYSICAL , MENTAL OR TECHNOLOGICAL"

But then question arises that why we have very few superhumans ,when everyone wants to be one .

There must be some separating line or qualities which Distinguishes An Average human and Superhuman.

Well, being sports lover I follow many such Superhumans who are at  Top in their Game and who are best in the world.

VIRAT KOHLI, MS DHONI (CRICKET )
ROGER FEDERER( TENNIS)
USAIN BOLT( ATHLETICS)

Many people , Like ME  want to know what they have special that make them unique from other Sports persons.

I found few qualities ,which according to them is most important  Which they mention in their interviews.

I am sharing one of my favorite

Read this .

"You need a set pattern of your training, the way you eat, how healthy and fit you need to be. Being fitter made me mentally stronger. It was like a direct connection," Kohli recalled.

"My training was horrible, I ate so bad, I was up until late, I was having a drink or two regularly. It was a horrible mindset. The season ended and I was so thankful it was over. I went home, came out of the shower one day and looked at myself in the mirror and said ‘you can’t look like this if you want to be a professional cricketer.’

Virat Kohli's fitness tale: Indian captain reveals how he became one of the fittest cricketers in the world

"For the first two months I felt I wanted to eat the bed sheet when I went to sleep because I was so hungry. I was craving taste. I was craving delicious food. But then I saw the results. I felt quick around the field. I would wake up in morning and feel like I had energy.

"From 2015 I changed my training again. I started lifting, snatching, cleaning and dead lifting. It was unbelievable. I saw the result. I remember running after a ball in a Test series in Sri Lanka and I felt more power in my legs. It was, like, 'wow'. This training is addictive. The last year-and-a-half it has taken my game to another level," he explained.

FOUR Laws which I can connect in my life/career ,out of this interview.

LAW 1. Power of Discipline

Yes .this sound so obvious but Discipline is the highest virtue any human can  Practice and ripe its benefits lifelong.

LAW OF DISCIPLINE CONTAINS TWO SUB-LAWS

A.Power of Isolation

WE DEVELOP OUR TALENTS IN PRIVATE AND SHOW/PERFORM THEM IN PUBLIC

B.Power of Priorities

AS SIMPLE AS THAT

LAW 2 :Wisdom of avoiding comparison

NO MATTER WHAT ,YOU NEED TO FOLLOW YOUR OWN GOALS AND JOURNEY

LAW 3 : Art of listening to Body Mind

Although we can become superhuman ,still we need to remember that we are Fragile and Mortal.
so we need to save our self from overdoing .

BKS IYENGER , ONE OF THE FOREMOST TEACHER OF YOGA

LAW 4 : Art of saying NO

Due to our social conditioning And fear of losing friends or well wisher we tend to say unnecessary yes to all.

Take temporary  pain of NO or Take lifetime pain of Regret

SAY LIMITED YES AND YOU WILL LIVE HAPPY LIFE

AFTER knowing all this ..NOW WHAT ..

.I WILL END THIS  BLOG BY FAMOUS DIALOGUE FROM A HINDI MOVIE AGNEEPATH

  • कोई कमजोर यह नहीं कह सकता की उसने पहेलवान को माफ़ किया , इसके लिए कमजोर का पहेलवान होना जरूरी है

  1. Well on reading this blog,I am reminded of the quote by Goethe

" Whatever you think you can do or believe you can do it,begin it.Action has magic, grace and power in it."

Some Learning points for Me,I gathered after reading this:

    1) Learn the art of islolation, its a mandatory task.To grow and to discover yourself.

    2) Learn Not to Compare,I have self ruined myself in the initial days ,only having learnt it after I grew up.

    People should accept this LAW.

    3) Learn the art of NO.
I have to still put into practice.

And I know you will help me with this;P
